David Burton works from his own studio in Clapham, south London.

Since 1992 he has shot for a wide selection of British and international clients, including Sony, Smirnoff, O2, FIFA, Christian Aid, Tanqueray, Mercedes Benz, Sainsbury's, Schwarzkopf, Coca-Cola and The Royal Mail.

Burton has also consistently worked on a number of globally published style and forecast publications, creating visual metaphors to convey technological, aesthetic and lifestyle shifts within the fashion and design industries. Titles past and present include Viewpoint and Textile View magazines and the Pantone Colour Planner for Amsterdam-based Metropolitan Publishing.

Previous exhibitions include his solo show 'Roadside story:, Greenwich, London 2008. A panoramic journey around the darker recesses of the city from the vantage point of an American road trip.
